EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL - S. ROCCO FARMThe farm is located in the Western Hills of Friuli, at 360 m above sea level, on the back of the rolling hills of Campeglio village. The area is composed of up of over 5000 olive trees, from their fruits the Zamarian family, in their mill, obtains an extra virgin oil, taking up the ancient oil tradition of Campeglio.
The oil is obtained by pressing the olives through cold extraction with the ancient method of stone mills.
Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil superior category, first unfiltered cold pressing, low acidity with fruity aroma and sweet and fragrant flavor. The taste of fresh almond is obtained from the complete pressing of the core, through the millstones methods. Bottle size: 50 cl
