Why this privacy notice?
The purpose of this page is to describe how the personal data of visitors to this website is managed and processed.

Any request relating to the personal data processed by MOLINARI ITALIA S.p.A. at its Ceschia website can therefore be submitted by writing to the e-mail address info@grappeceschia.it

2. Purposes of processing
The personal data made available to MOLINARI ITALIA S.p.A. will be used as follows:
• for the registration and management of your access to the site www.grappeceschia.it
• so that you can receive the services and content and carry out the activities reserved for you, by virtue of your registration at the site
• for the management and execution of your purchase orders
• and to respond to any requests you may have and for technical/organisational communications.
Processing shall be deemed to continue until cancellation or restriction of such processing is requested (see point 7).
With your prior consent (see point 9a, 9b, 9c), your personal data can also be used for the following additional purposes:
• to inform you about events being organised and held for promotional and other purposes
• for the compilation of statistical and market studies and research
• and to send you commercial and other information and promotional communications, especially newsletter services, advertising material and/or offers of goods and services by post, Internet, telephone, e-mail, MMS or SMS from Italy or abroad (including from countries which are not members of the European Union), exclusively from MOLINARI ITALIA S.p.A. or parent and/or affiliated companies, or from natural or legal persons co-operating in marketing and commercial activities on behalf of MOLINARI ITALIA S.p.A.

3. Methods of processing
Your personal data will be processed by suitable electronic, paper and/or telematic means, by procedures which are strictly compatible with the above purposes and which, in any case, guarantee the security and confidentiality of the actual data.
4. Submission of data and consequences of any refusal
The submission of your personal data is optional.
If you refuse and/or supply inaccurate and/or incomplete information, this will make it impossible to register you at the website www.grappeceschia.it to receive the relevant content and services. It will therefore not be possible to handle and/or implement your purchase orders or supply all the services which depend on the submission of your personal data.
5. Disclosure of data
Within the company, your personal data may come to the knowledge of the corporate organs, of the company’s personnel (especially employees engaged in the development of products marketed online, in marketing or in the maintenance of electronic tools) and, in any case, of its appointed data processing manager, in pursuit of his duties.

For the sake of completeness, please note that in some cases (beyond the scope of the ordinary management of this website) an authority may requisition intelligence and information in the terms of Article 157 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 for the purposes of controlling the processing of personal data. In such cases a reply is mandatory, on pain of an administrative penalty.

7. Rights of the data subject
Your rights in respect of the above forms of processing are as follows:
• to obtain confirmation whether personal data concerning you exists, and is disclosed
• to obtain the following information: the origin of such personal data; the purposes and methods of processing; the logic applied to any processing backed by electronic tools; the identifying particulars of the ‘controller’ and of the responsible officers of the parties or categories of parties to which your personal data may be disclosed or which may become aware of such data.
You are also entitled to obtain:
• updating, correction or, when such interest exists, supplementation of your data;
• cancellation or restriction of data processed (excluding retention; any other processing of the data for which restriction is requested is prohibited, except in certain circumstances including: consent of the data subject; judicial verification of rights; safeguarding of rights of another natural or legal person; significant public interest);
• certification that such operations and their content have been notified to those to whom such data was disclosed, except when this formality proves impossible or would take up resources obviously disproportionate to the right being protected.

8. Place of processing of personal data
Processing relating to this site’s web services takes place at the above head office of MOLINARI ITALIA S.p.A. and is handled solely by personnel deployed for that purpose or by persons entrusted with occasional maintenance operations.
The data deriving from the web service may also be passed to supporting and technology partners used by the ‘controller’ for the provision of the services required by visiting users. The personal data supplied by such visiting users, who submit requests for the sending of information material (information requests or answers to questions, etc.) or other communications (orders) shall be used solely for the purpose of executing the service required and shall only be disclosed to third parties if such disclosure is necessary for that purpose (provision of the required services through the supporting and technology partner).
9. Consent

By consenting to the processing of your personal data in order to subscribe to the Newsletter, you authorise the Controller to invite you to participate in promotional and other events. You agree to receive commercial and other information and promotional communications, especially newsletter services, advertising material and/or offers of goods and services by e-mail exclusively from MOLINARI ITALIA S.p.A., parent companies and/or affiliates or natural or legal persons trading with MOLINARI ITALIA S.p.A.
9b. Receiving information and promotional communications
By consenting to the processing of your personal data in order to receive information and promotional communications, you authorise the Controller to invite you to participate in promotional and other events. You agree to receive commercial and other information and promotional communications, especially newsletter services, advertising material and/or offers of goods and services by post, telephone, MMS and SMS exclusively from MOLINARI ITALIA S.p.A., parent companies and/or affiliates or natural or legal persons trading with MOLINARI ITALIA S.p.A.
9c. Market research and statistics
By consenting to the processing of your personal data for market research and statistics, you authorise the Controller to process your data for statistical or market research conducted exclusively by MOLINARI ITALIA S.p.A., parent companies and/or affiliates, or natural or legal persons trading with MOLINARI ITALIA S.p.A.
