GUBANA CEDARMAS HANDMADE PRODUCT Gubana is the traditional sweet bread of the Natisone Valleys, that in the past it used to be baked in every household. Walnuts, hazelnuts, pine nuts and raisins are the basis of the incredible filling which, mixed with Friulian grappa and rum, is wrapped by a soft yeast dough and then twisted on itself.
From 1925... today as then, quality and tradition are best ingredients of Gubana Cedarmas. We suggest to have gubana as a dessert and pour a few drops of Grappa Nemas Classica on it.

Ingredients: soft wheat flour, sugar, raisins, biscuits (wheat and milk), soybean oil, nuts, hazelnuts, fresh eggs, water, brewer’s yeast, uht whole milk, rum, Friulian grappa, butter(milk), pine nuts amaretti (eggs, lactose, and milk) salt, orange peel, honey, cocoa, soy lecithin emulsifier (no GMO) flavourings.
